Questions we hear a lot.

Why start with lapsed patients instead of new-patient marketing?
Because they're the cheapest patients you'll ever acquire. They already know you, trust you, and have a chart on file — there's no ad spend and no introduction needed. Most practices have hundreds of them sitting in the PMS, and a simple, well-written nudge is often all it takes.
What do you need from me?
One CSV export from your practice management system (we provide field-by-field instructions for Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and others), your booking link or phone preference, and a quick sign-off on the email copy before anything sends.
How do you handle patient data?
The export we request is minimal — name, email, and last-visit date. No clinical information, no treatment history. Data is used solely to run your campaign, and we delete the list on request when the campaign wraps.
What does the 3-touch sequence look like?
Three emails spaced over several weeks, segmented by how long a patient has been away — someone 14 months out gets a different message than someone gone three years. Each is written in your practice's voice with a clear booking link; nothing reads like a blast.
Is this a subscription?
No — it's a one-time campaign from $399. The segmentation and sequence remain yours, so you can re-run it whenever the lapsed list builds back up (many practices re-run it every 6–12 months).
